• Tilted Southern Façade: slope minimizing snow accumulation
• Exposed Concrete Shell: Identical formwork patterns to sister project
• Bi-Level Terraces: Semi-covered outdoor spaces with integrated snow guards

Evolution from Phase 1:

• Optimized structural buttress angles
• Expanded unit sizes in one level
• Enhanced solar exposure according to the sun’s rotation schedule

Technical Specifications

Structural System:

• Cast-in-place concrete with architectural forming
• Northern retaining walls with perpendicular counterforts
• piles and foundations anchored to bedrock

Sustainability Features:

• 88% passive solar utilization (improved from Phase 1)
• Glacier-inspired runoff management system
• Native greenery integration with concrete surfaces
